So you’re on the job hunt, you find the perfect job listing but it’s a federal job listing, which asks for a KSA in addition to a government resume. KSA stands for Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. They are a statement of your personal education, job skills, and acquired abilities that make you right for that specific job. Some departments require KSAs in addition to a resume, while some opt for submission of KSA’s in lieu of traditional resumes.
