OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / FUND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
With hands-on management style and passion for putting the “fun” in fundraising, encourage creativity in planning gift-giving programs to generate new revenue streams. Manage up to 22-member call center staff implementing fund development campaigns for non-profit entities such as high school groups, youth sports, Pop Warner football, boys and girls clubs, and police and fire organizations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Clearly set goals and hold call center sales staff accountable for results. Follow protocols to collect and meticulously record donations in client accounts.
Strategically plan and customize up to 25 fundraising campaigns annually that include elements such as donation solicitation, event orchestration, ticket sales, and print ads for program booklets. Plan fundraising programs that feature special entertainment activities with celebrities or major athletes. Seek out opportunities to give back to the community, i.e., booklets on topics such as anti-bullying, internet safety and child fingerprinting/DNA kits.
