[2] As stated above, requests for resume rewrites must be initiated between six and eight weeks of the completed resume. Rewrites per the guarantee will not be accepted after 8 weeks from the original resume order. Rewrites requested after this time period will be charged per the terms in item number 3 listed above.

[3] It is the duty of the user (jobseeker) to actively market their resume. Our writers have worked hard to properly display all of your experience and skills so that you will be noticed by employers. 7. Guaranteeing Email Delivery (Whitelisting)

Sometimes the spam filters used by Internet Service Providers can delete mail you've actually requested to receive... so you never even see it! Due to this fact, EPI cannot guarantee all emails from our company will be properly received into your inbox without your cooperation. It is the sole responsibility of the user to add us to your address book. This guarantees that you will receive all of our email communication. In order to stand behind our money back guarantee, it is a requirement that you follow the instructions below to insure we are added in your address book. If this procedure is not followed, your guarantee will be void as we cannot guarantee our service if you never actually receive it.

For detailed instructions, please refer to our FAQ section under Whitelisting Instructions.
