MERCANTILE SOUTHERN MARYLAND BANK
To Whom It May Concern:
It is the purpose of this letter to serve as a recommendation for Karen Quade. It has been my privilege to work with Karen from 1992 to 1999 and again from 2005 to the present. Karen has worked in many departments of the Bank from the teller line to the collection department. In these various positions she has excelled through her excellent computer skills, hard work, friendly disposition, and good common sense.
As her direct supervisor for the last two years, I have found her to be self motivated and she is able to work with little or no supervision. In her last position Karen worked as a Collection Adjuster. We call her an adjuster because her main job is to adjust the clients thought process regarding repayment of their obligations to the Bank. In this she excels. Her clients for the most part resume their contractual agreement with the Bank, and are able to be retained as valuable customers.
I would be happy to discuss Karen’s qualifications in greater detail upon your request. I thank you for any consideration you may be able to give this recommendation.
