Make a real difference in the lives of troubled teenagers by showing them guidance as a member of our interdisciplinary team at our Portage Lakes Center. Resource Specialist Creates a safe, therapeutic living environment by interacting directly with clients. Supervises child-care techniques, meets the physical and emotional needs of residents, provides crisis intervention, disciplines unacceptable behavior, and ensures continuous quality improvement. We have both full and part-time positions available. Requires 1 year’s human services experience with a significant understanding of Residential Treatment and community-based interventions. Must have a demonstrated ability to work with a multidisciplinary team and be creative and flexible. A degree in preferred. Contract Therapist Will provide weekly counseling. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessment and diagnosis and providing weekly counseling in the foster care office. You should posses the ability to work with foster families and youth’s family. Sensitivity to cultural needs of youth and family are expected. Master’s degree in Human Service and an Independent License are preferred. We offer excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
