Troon Golf, LLC is offering full-time temporary employment
from October 14, 2019 through April 30, 2020.
The employment will take place at
The Club at the Dunes,
310 Dunes Blvd.,
Naples, FL 34110.
The positions available: 3 Line Cooks.
Job duties: prepares, seasons. & cooks soups. meats.
vegetables, fruits, desserts, & other miscellaneous food for
consumption; & observes recipe guidelines & sanitation procedures.Req.: no min. edu.; 3 months exp. as a Line Cook in
a hospitality setting; & fluent English.
The rate of pay is $17/hr & overtime pay is $25.50/hr after 40 hr/week. 3 Bartenders. Job cleans bar area; may take food orders & make recommendations regarding wines & other products; requisition & display of liquor & supplies; & must keep bar area clean & work under strictly enforced state code.
Req.: no min. edu.; 3 months exp. as a Bartender in a hospitality setting; & fluent English. The rate of pay is at least $13.54/hr (base rate + tips) & overtime pay is at least $20.31/hr (base rate + tips) after 40 hr/week. 6 Servers. Job duties. taking & serving food &
beverage orders; carrying out food & miscellaneous set up &
clean-up activities; may perform duties in an outdoor envr. &
at banquet events; & may serve customers via golf cart.
Req.: no min. edu; 3 months exp. as a Server in a hospitality setting;
& fluent English. The rate of pay is at least $14.40/hr (base rate
+ tips) & overtime pay is at least $21.60/hr (base rate + tips)
after 40 hr/week.
Applicable to all positions. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered to any worker in these occupations at the employer's sole discretion based on work perf., skill. or tenure. 40dhrs/week w/ variable 8-hour shifts b/w 6:30AM and 11:00PM over 7 days/week. Overtime may be available (not guaranteed). No on-the-job training to be provided.
Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due & Workers will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. Employer will make all deductions from Workers paycheck as required by law.
Optional deductions include shared housing fee ($170/week +
$5/week for refundable security deposit) & 401 K contributions
(eligible after 60 days of employment). Optional employee
shared housing, approx. $170/week + $5/week refundable
deposit.
Employer provided transportation to/from worksite/shared housing, cost included in housing deduction. If the worker completed 50% of the work contract period, Employer will reimburse the Worker for transport. & subsistence from the place of recruit. to the place of work. If the Worker completes the empl. period or is dismissed earlier, the Employer will pay for Worker's reasonable costs of return transport, & subsistence back home or to the place the Worker originally departed to work, except where the Worker won't return due to subsequent empl. w/ another employer or where.
Employer has approp. reported a Worker's voluntary
abandonment of empl. The amount of transport. payment or
reimbursement will be equal to the most economical &
reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily
subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $12.46/day
during travel to a max. of $55.00/day w/ receipts. If applicable
Employer will reimburse Workers in the first workweek for all
visa processing, border crossing & related fees, includ. those
mandated by the gov't (except passport fees). Employer will
provide Workers at no charge all tools, supplies & equip. req.
to perform the job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hrs
equal to at least 3/4 of the workdays in each 12-week work
period of total empl. period. Offer to US workers is the same
as H-2B workers.
Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
