Cheshire County is Hiring! Clinical Case Manager for Behavioral Health Court Program Responsible for diverting criminal justice involved individuals diagnosed with a substance abuse disorder, co-occurring disorders and/or chronic and persistent mental health disorder. Provides clients with the tools they need through treatment, rehabilitative programming, reinforcement and monitoring in order for them to lead a productive, law-abiding life style. Skills/Experience Required: Knowledge and experience with individuals suffering from chronic and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders and substance use disorders. Must have equivalent to completion of a Master's degree and three to five years of related work experience in these fields or equivalent combination of education and experience. MLADC and/or LICSW required or working toward licensure. Knowledge of the judicial and corrections systems preferred.
