Finance and Business Manager
Our firm has a need for a growth-minded Finance and Business Manager that understands what it takes to implement strategies and achieve sustained success. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company's vision and culture. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business as well as setting strategic goals for the future. The overall goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company's activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success. To excel in this role you should have an analytical mind and a keen understanding of how a business works in the real world not just on paperResponsibilities. Work with Managing Member/CEO, VPs, and Leadership team to create long-term company strategies. Designing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities. Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity. Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports. Assess overall company performance against objectives. Analyze market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits. Aid management in financial decisions. Maintain up to date financial system knowledge. Leverage market data to drive company growth. Examine new opportunities in current and potential markets. Assisting with strategic planning and management of multiple revenue streams.
Requirements: Proven experience as business manager or relevant role. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development. Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of business process and systems optimization. Strong financial system and business administration understanding. Keeping track of market trends. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems. Successful candidate must have an MBA. Proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel.
