Coordinate all aspects of kitchen activities & direct the preparation, seasoning, & cooking of Indian style vegetarian & non-vegetarian dishes, such as roti, naan, dal, sabii, tandoori, kebabs, biryanis, chicken/goat curries, North Indian & South Indian dishes & sweets. Supervise and train 2 cooks & waiters.
Knowledge of Indian cuisine required.
