Construction: Proiect Manager
(NYC, NY)
Plan, & coordinate with project Foreman and/or Super on multi- million-dollar contracts. Monitor health & safety issues on all projects including conducting regular safety inspections on site, ensuring workers receive adequate equipment training, & conduct daily on-site inspections. Prepare contracts & negotiate revisions, changes, & additions to agreements with architects, clients, suppliers, & consultants as required. Direct & approve plan modifications as required, & change orders on such modifications. Inspect & review projects & ensure regulatory compliance with building & safety codes. Req.: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or its
foreign equivalent plus one year of
progressive experience in position.
