Reqs bach deg in Bus. Admin, Mktg, or rel & 3 yrs bus. dvlpmt exp in valuation industry. Exp specified must incl 3 yrs exp: performing bus. valuation, appraisal, & cost segregation; w/ MS Excel, Word, Outlook, & Publisher; w/ Wix website dvlpmt platform; performing valuations of energy projects & partnership interests in real estate; working w/ taxpayers, gov'tl & municipal clients on bus. dvlpmt projects rltd to valuation; & responding to gov'tl & public request for proposals, request for qualifications, & requests for quotes. Reqs strong written & verbal communication skills.
