We are looking for an energetic individual who posses' a strong work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team. OBJECTIVE: To ensure the successful sale, distribution and retail execution of our entire portfolio of products and related programs resulting in the overall volume growth of the accounts within the assigned territory. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop rapport with assigned customer base and promote the good will of the company. Carries out PFP objectives established by management for promoting our product portfolio, making recommendations for increasing sales opportunities, and hitting KPI Targets. Merchandises products at each account, ensuring product freshness; that bar displays are rotated; back stock is rotated and organized; cooler is rotated; permanent point of sell is in good working order; and temporary point of sell is fresh, clean and current. Makes monthly calls to redline accounts and documents in CRM on mobility. Takes inventory of products, prepares order and discusses with owner or manager. Sends orders after every third stop and last order no later than 4:30 p.m., with stops called into operations by 5:00 p.m. Handles Hot Shots and call-in's accordingly and turns in outstanding load-sheets and invoices the next working day. Follows up on new accounts assigned by management in existing territory. Reports all issues regarding tap cleaning and draft installation to management. Periodically checks messages and texts to ensure accounts are serviced in a reasonable amount of time (including weekdays, weekends, and evenings) Maintains company vehicle and equipment in clean, working condition. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED equivalent 2-6 years of experience in beverage sales. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid Driver's License. Must have a cell phone with data capability. Good driving record. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, and percentages. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Maintains a current Commercial Drivers License. Must maintain Tips Training.
