A few people always wonder if they should ask their photo to their resume so here is the answer: Of course not! This isn't Europe! Photos are only added to CVs in foreign countries and, when it comes to US resumes, they shouldn't include anything that could get you discriminated against. Of course if your profession is based on your looks - models, actors/actresses, it might be part of the process in your field - just make sure you know what are the resume writing guidelines in your industry before doing something that might cost you an interview.
