One of the resume writing questions that come often is how to include references in a resume. Well actually you don’t include references in a resume or with a resume unless they ask for them. What you do is including a line such as “References available upon request” at the bottom of your resume.
As for the references themselves, they should be on a separate document or following your resume. You should have at least 3 references and they should include the name, position, company name and phone number.
