Details: The Finance Administration Supervisor II provides administrative oversight and supervision for less complex plant(s) and related branch operations. We currently have a position in the following area: Technical Support Specialist Helpdesk I Duties and Responsibilities The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support services for 2000+ local and remote end-users. Candidate should be able to install and maintain Microsoft based desktops in an Active Directory environment. Troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, by remote desktop or via e-mail) by providing and facilitating technical support in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where and when necessary. Implement, maintain and follow established processes, policies and procedures in support of the end-user community. Interact with computer vendors on purchasing, warranties and returns. Ensure all corporate assets are properly tracked within the Inventory tracking system. Machine Monitoring Specialist
Details: Summary of Primary Functions: This position is responsible for providing remote monitoring, diagnostics and programing to aid in maximizing our customer’s productivity and uptime while also reducing their downtime. Leads initiatives on specific products to provide expert development, delivery and resolution to product support and marketing activities. Develops product strategy, processes and programs to meet requirements for Branch Management, end user customers and company personnel. Provides machine feedback where activities may apply to operational, technical, parts or sales aspects of the products. Develops and authors detailed diagnostic information for a previously identified system/subsystem to be used by dealer technicians and other product support personnel to diagnose and repair technical product problems. Conducts research to expand and clarify authored material. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : May include some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned. Establishes and maintains JDLink connectivity with equipment assigned to the specialist’s area of responsibility. Establishes and maintains JDLink system settings which allow the specialist to be alerted via email or text message when abnormal machine operating conditions are detected Establishes and maintains a process to identify, communicate, and resolve emerging technical issues detected by the telematics devices onboard the assigned equipment. Establishes and maintains a process to utilize Service Advisor Remote to capture machine readings. Then utilizing existing and emerging technologies, prepares a detailed list of actionable steps to address any detected abnormalities. Utilizes any assigned forms, the specialist needs to quickly and accurately summarize recommended action steps to address equipment abnormalities and provides them to the appropriate Service Department. When necessary, the machine monitoring specialist will work directly with Nortrax Field Technicians to assist them with remote diagnostic recommendations. Details: POSITION SUMMARY: Install, configure, and support UCFSD's local area networks (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and server infrastructure. Maintain and administer network hardware and software platforms. Monitor network to ensure high availability to all users. Provide collaborative support for end user issues both in person and via ticket system. Collaborate with district technology team to implement technology initiatives and achieve district technology goals.
