Details: Security Clearance: SecretPrimary Experience:14 YearsPrimary Education Level:High School Diploma / GED Required Experience: Required Education Level: Concentration: Serve as the Task Leader and working supervisor responsible for managing the day-to-day Task Order technical activities of the DCS FMS Team supporting the F/A‑18 Advanced Weapons Laboratory (AWL) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Product Group. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for managing all Task Order direct work, empowered to make immediate technical and staff allocation decisions necessary to ensure responsiveness to our FMS customer. Provide direct supervision of the technical staff, hiring of staff members and the assignment of staff within the Task Order to meet tasking requirements related to FMS case administration/technical support, FMS systems engineering, FMS data support, FMS budget support, and FMS programmatic support for all assigned FMS Country Cases. Participate directly in completing a wide range of F/A-18 systems engineering tasks including: FMS system and sub-system hardware/software integration; independent studies; data analysis; the control and editing of case specific information; coordinating laboratory, ground and flight test requirements for unique country configurations; and, reviewing team processes and products to ensure all work is consistent with Task Order objectives. Serve in a specialized advisory capacity to senior-level government and contractor policy-making personnel on FMS case administration, technical/systems engineering support, programmatic/releasability issues/problems associated with F/A-18 FMS programs, investigate complex technical/management issues associated with F/A-18 FMS cases, identify issues with potential FMS case impact, and assisted in the development of problem resolution strategies. Provide release and disclosure recommendations to the customer that are consistent within FMS release and disclosure policies and directives. Actively work within a diversified team, consisting of technical analysts, software and systems engineers. Frequent interaction with Government and non-Government personnel, including foreign national personnel. Act as an escort for foreign national visitors.

The Guarantee Account Manager position will be responsible for the following: • Processing all guarantees. • Providing Contractor approval letters. • Ensuring that all bulletins are sent to contacts. • Providing enhanced services to Pinnacle contractors. • Assembling submittal packages for Pinnacle contractors . • Managing samples to Pinnacle contractors. • Payment processing and working closely with credit department to ensure accounts are in good standing. • Managing guarantee transfers by working with building owners and field technical representatives. • Problems are varied and unrelated, and require problem identification and analysis.

Qualifications: Must be able to work in a team based environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field plus a minimum of three years’ experience in Human Resources. PHR certification preferred. Strong federal and state employment law knowledge. Strong associate relations and union avoidance background. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a coaching and consultative approach to problem solving. Independent self-starter with excellent organizational and prioritizing skills with the initiative to seek challenges and strive for continuous improvement.
