Details: Position Summary As part of the industrial facilities team you will be a Special Equipment Operator, operating safely and efficiently in maintaining and operating mobile cranes up to 100 tons in capacity.Your work environment will be in an industrial facility where exposure to outdoor weather conditions is possible and where proper personal protective equipment is required. Performance Objectives Primary responsibility is to operate cranes up to 100 tons Operate heavy construction equipment, if qualified Turns valves, shifts levers, turns hand wheels and depresses pedals to drive machines and control equipment and attachments Perform maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing and oiling machines and equipment Knowledge in assembly of all cranes Troubleshooting equipment in order to maintain the equipment in an operable and reliable state Operation and use of load limit indicators and anti-2 block systems Comply with company policies and procedures regarding lifts as per MS807 Ensure that the proper matting is used during all lifts Know standard hand signals and should also be knowledgeable of pertinent ASME & OSHA standards and regulations.
