Resident Care Specialist, CNA
Details: Resident Care Specialist Description Summary Provides services and care for residents and patients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provides personal care and services such as: a) Assisting with activities of daily living (turning and positioning, toileting, bathing and grooming, feeding, and mobility) b) Obtains and records vital signs and weight as assigned. c) Accurately documents all care as required by company policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Provides non-resident services such as, but not limited to, washing wheelchairs and cleaning resident / patient areas in compliance with infection control procedures. Contributes to the resident assessment and care plan. Makes routine rounds on each assigned resident and patient in accordance with established procedures. Promptly communicates any significant changes in behavior or condition to supervisor. Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. Resident Care Specialist Requirements Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, or related experience and / or training. Successful completion of State-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course. Physical Demands & Environment Shift work may be required. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, see, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear. Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. Senior Specialist, Public Relations
Details: The Sr. Specialist, Public Relations implements the Public Relations plans to help build and maintain a favorable public image. He/she executes public relations activities such as plan development and implementation, message development, event planning, writing and distributing press releases and other press material, creating and disseminating media coverage reports and fielding incoming media inquires. Requires daily interaction with key mainstream consumer, lifestyle and trade media, from proactive pitching of product and Corporate news to the coordination of press tours, press conferences and analyst events. Requires daily interaction with internal product groups. Helps develop communications materials, including press releases, pitch letters, messaging documents, case studies, feature articles and trend stories. Acts as a public relations contact for new product introductions, product launches and product reviews to enhance and support sales objectives. He/she will prepare press releases, coordinate national and regional press announcements and respond to media inquiries from press and industry analysts. Oversees the product review process. Ensures that products are submitted for roundups on a timely basis. Monitors an overall annual list of product and company recognition awards. Assists in speechwriting, PPT presentations and overall PR coordination of internal tracking documents. Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications or Public Relations; or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of Public Relations experience is required. This position will require the incumbent to travel about 25 percent of the time.

Details: Service Technician We are Wisconsin's largest Bobcat dealer. Bobcat Plus has been in business since 1991. We started as one small dealer and have grown to three locations, Butler, DePere, and Appleton. We are currently hiring for our Appleton location. We sell and rent Bobcat loaders, excavators, tractors and utility vehicles, as well as handle parts and service needs. Our Bobcat Plus Appleton location is currently looking to hire a Service Technician . The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success and experience in diagnostics and repairing of a variety of makes and models of light construction equipment. Candidate must also have a good driving record, with appropriate licenses.

Details: Position Summary Job Description: Manage assigned personnel/departments within the Champaign Distribution Center (20 to 40 hourly associates, 1-2 Flow Coordinators), Rockwell’s primary global DC. Maintain service, productivity, and quality standards for these areas of the site; while also driving cross-functional process improvements. Execution of individual performance appraisals, for direct reports. Creation of developmental plans/goals for Coordinators (direct reports). Ensure that all employees receive proper training in regards to safety procedures, hazardous materials, ISO 9001 requirements, and relevant company issues. Process Improvements to focus on cost reductions (productivity), customer service (quality/inventory accuracy), and safety enhancements both within the CDC and Rockwell as a whole. Provide input and assist with prioritization of process improvement plans. Support implementations throughout the facility. Ensure operations are compliant with Rockwell Automation policies, carrier requirements, and legal standards. Maintain and communicate all relevant warehouse KPIs. Using whichever information systems/analytical tools are required. Establish communication links with non-Champaign based Rockwell groups (Materials, Purchasing, Transportation, etc…) to ensure efficient Supply Chain practices are in place. Progress along a personal development plan, with future roles/positions within Rockwell (as well as non-work related objectives) as the target.
