Marketing Automation Manager
Details: Start a Rewarding Career with Alliant: In this newly create role, this person will direct system selection and then implementation of a marketing automation tool. He/She will be responsible to the development and execution of triggered campaigns, email campaigns, and other campaigns that drive increased awareness, consideration, member engagement, member acquisition and revenue for the credit union for all stages of the member/buyer lifecycle. He/she will work with the CRM Manager, product managers, marketing communications, the technology team, and the digital channels team in order to correctly capture and route data into the appropriate databases. This person will also be responsible for all automation processes and the maintenance of the platforms and campaigns. Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Design and execute scalable and automated campaigns using marketing automation tools and logic (triggers, dynamic content, etc.) that drive self-serve purchases, lead generation, and lead nurturing. Use both batched and triggered messaging in designing email marketing campaigns and associated landing pages. Perform market segmentation and generate customer lists to effectively target promotions Develop lead scoring and nurture paths working with content marketing, channel management and product management. Integrate paid search and social into marketing automation system, nurture paths, and reporting. Deploy email marketing campaigns (list pulls, QA testing, etc.). Quality Assurance & Testing: Continually monitor, analyze, and tune campaigns to maximize ROI. Perform regular tracking of performance, integrating recommendations into the “design” phase as we continually improve our marketing automation engine. Analyze and report on all aspects of email programs and marketing funnel activity managed via marketing automation tool to continually optimize performance and fine tune demand-generation programs. Perform A/B tests on all elements of our marketing mix (lists, e-mail templates, landing pages, offers, etc.) Work closely with Web designers/developers and content development teams to optimize campaigns. Enforce best practices in email deliverability, readability and conversion-focused design. Create marketing dashboards of key performance indicators. Digital Marketing Strategy: Serve as a change agent within the organization, identifying organizational needs and building solutions to continually improve scale and efficiency of digital delivery. Responsible for continuously improving member experience. Monitors trends and best practices in digital communications and tools as well as compliance with privacy and CAN SPAM regulations. Ensures that all project deliverables are on schedule, and within specification and budget; monitors financial and digital tracking. Helps champion the interactive channel as a key strategic and tactical component of overall business and marketing plans. Team & Vendor Management: Identify and initiate opportunities to strengthen engagement (Q12) among our team as well as build solid relationships with our internal customers to provide better service and communications. Applies great management practices in leading an engaged workforce as defined by Q12 Gallup process to effectively deliver the value of this function. Provides a structured and consistent approach to ensure that individual development plans are in place, performance management is consistent, performance management process is respected and followed, and coaching and feedback are provided on a regular and dynamic basis. Adhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Patient Service Rep Onsite Temporary
Details: Location: Eastar Hospital Hours: Monday - Friday 12:30p - 9p The Patient Service Representative Onsite Eligibility is responsible to screen patients on-site at hospitals for eligibility assistance programs either bedside or in the ER. This includes providing information and reports to client contact(s), keeping them current on our progress. This is a Temporary status and the position may last up to January, 2015. Review the hospital census or utilize established referral methodto identify self-pay patients on a daily basis. Screen those patients who are in-house and are designated self-pay for state, county and/or Federal eligibility assistance programs. Initiatethe application process when possible. Identifies specific patient needs and direct them to the appropriate agency for assistance. Introduces the patients to MedAssistservices and informs them that we will be contacting them on a regular basis about their progress. Provides transition, as applicable, for the backendPatient Account Representatives to develop a positive relationship with the patient. Records all patient information on the designated in house screening sheet. Document the results of the screening in the onsite tracking tool and hospital computer system. Identifies out-patient accounts from the census or applicable referral methodthat are designated as self-pay. Reviews system for available information for each outpatient account identified as self-pay. Screens patients on site as able. Attempts to reach patient by telephone if unable to screen on site. Document out-patient accounts when accepted in the hospital system and on site tracking tool. Outside field work as required. Maintain a positive working relationship with the hospital staff of all levels and departments. Report any important occurrences to management as soon as possible (dramatic change in the number or type of referrals, etc.) Access information for the patient account representatives as needed (discharge dates, balances, itemized statements, medical records, etc.). Keep an accurate log of accounts referred each day. Meet specified goals and objectives as assigned by management on a regular basis. Maintain confidentiality of account information at all times. Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program. Maintain a neat and orderly workstation.

The Property Administrator will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with CAH Manager, LLC policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may also include interviewing, assistance with hiring, training of employees, assigning work and addressing and complaints had by employee’s or residents.
