Practice Manager - UHSP Orthopedics Washington

Details: Supervises and coordinates the activities of the practices. Organizes and assigns essential duties to employees.Maintains efficient flow of work through the practice by evaluating work process and manpower requirements. Guarantees capture of all patient demographics and charge information. Monitors outstanding Accounts Receivables on a monthly basis. Works with billing office to enhance collections of old accounts. Balances cash drawer and encounter forms for deposit to UHS-P accounts. Reviews invoices for validation of receipts, discounts, and approval for payment. Assists in preparation of annual practice budget. Coordinates with VMG accountants for audit, month, and year end activity.
