Accounting Product Center Analyst
Details: The Spectra Accounting Product Center Analyst (APCA) is primarily responsible for providing post-implementation guidance and direction to OneSite Accounting clients. The Spectra APCA should be well versed in the property management industry and have a strong understanding of accounting practices and principles. In addition, the successful candidate must have the ability to effectively comprehend diverse accounting practices among RealPage client base, and work within this framework to offer viable client solutions. The Spectra APCA must listen, acknowledge and advise clients how to most effectively utilize the product to meet their needs while not acting as an accounting consultant impacting client accounting philosophy or direction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Provide courteous, accurate and reliable post-implementation direction to customers •Effectively interface between clients, support staff as well as product management •Ability to recognize problems and research to identify root cause as well as permanent corrective action measures •Excellent time management, issue management, and prioritization skills essential •Never lose sight that our customers come first
Aerodynamics Engineer 5
Details: Northrop Grumman's Aerodynamics group at the Melbourne, FL facility is looking for an Aerodynamics Engineer level 5. The Aerodynamics group is responsible for full air vehicle aerodynamics development utilizing the latest modeling tools to simulate the environments and develop loads to provide design parameters to engineering teams. The qualified candidate will possess thorough knowledge of aerodynamic and propulsion principles and their application in developing aircraft performance data for military aircraft applications. In depth knowledge of Mil-Spec requirements and development of aircraft performance data required. Lead efforts to model aircraft performance characteristics, including takeoff and landing analysis, all-engine analysis, mission analysis, and airplane performance monitoring. Candidate will develop, update and track Aerodynamic Performance charts to achieve program targets, interface with Design engineers to execute design development activities and resolve issues. Perform vehicle level signoff of performance to targets. Candidate will utilize experimental and analytical methods to develop Aerodynamic drag and lift predictions to predict aerodynamic performance of air vehicles from concept to production verification. Conduct physical tests to determine aerodynamic drag and lift performance of prototype / production vehicles and develop requirements to achieve targets. Oversee construction of physical models as needed. Plan and conduct wind tunnel and flight test programs. Prepare data, reports and presentations to support executive level and Customer design reviews. Candidate will also mentor junior engineers assigned to team. Fluent with various computer platforms and scientific languages used in aerodynamic analysis. This position will require significant travel initially, but will be permanently located in Melbourne FL.
