Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards. Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer. Performs other duties and assists with project work as assigned by management. Conducting monthly workshops on continuous improvement analysis. Measures and analyzes resource productivity using time and motion studies. Makes suggestions for changes to flow that will ultimately reduce cycle time. Details: Job Description: Our client is looking for a Plant Manager to oversee, safety, efficient, reliable and compliant operations in Corpus Christi. Over all responsibilities includes supervision of plant personnel and ensuring the plant is operated in compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations and company programs, policies and procedures. Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the condensate splitter and ancillary equipment including construction projects an any other special projects as required.
