Job Shop Weld Fabrication Supervisor (Quarterly Bonus)

Supervising 10-12 welders in a job shop that works in poultry processing, feed, dust collection, and general industrial maintenance. Strong company, 45-50 total employees, we work with stainless, aluminum, and carbon steel. Most work is custom, conveyors, walkways, ladders, duct work, equipment guards, etc. We need a leader who can safely and accurately keep production up to the "shutdown" pace we often have to meet. You will have an assistant who will be over special projects, so you will be able to direct your attention on inspection and supervision of the shops day to day operations.
