      <title>Process Engineer, Tool Designer, CNC Machining, Manufacturing</title>
      <description>The ideal candidates will have  experience in tool and gage design, part processing, 3D solid modeling and CNC programming. Experience in production development of military and commercial hardware for the Aerospace and power generation industries utilizing traditional and non-traditional techniques is a plus. Extensive machining background and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and ANSI 14.5 specifications is required. Must possess a practical knowledge of engineering techniques, capability of machinery and machining techniques, fixtures and materials, and have excellent basic math, trigonometry and geometry skills.
Candidates must have the ability to take direction and complete assignments with minimal supervision. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills, and apply sound engineering judgment, in the completion of project assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include developing the manufacturing process and sequence of operations from customer-supplied models drawings, sketches, and first article production/approval. Create and maintain routing and operation sheets, CNC part programs. Provide guidance and training to machine operators through completion of first article and as needed during production. Monitoring and support of established manufacturing processes will be required. 

3-D modeling and 3-5 axis programming for milling. Production experience with airfoils, impeller, blisk and other parts for turbine engines with an emphasis on 3-5 axis complex surfaced parts machine programming is a plus.  
Design fixtures, gages, and other products required for the manufacture of turbine engine components. Responsible for the production of all design and fabrication documents. Develop Tooling and CNC programming for milling fixtures and gages. Work with and support Tool Makers and vendors during fabrication. Provide ongoing support to manufacturing and quality for established product lines. Design, implement and document tool design changes and maintain technical data for document control.  Project management reporting will be required and participation in Quality and efficiency improvements programs is expected.
