Responsible performing a variety of clerical, administrative and Human Resources duties which require extreme discretion in compliance with FMM and Tennessee Department of Corrections directives. Assist Human Resources Manager with recruitment, data entry and employee benefits. Experience in Human Resources preferred. High school diploma or equivalent and two years of clerical or related experience including word processing and computer data entry required. Associate degree in business administration, secretarial science or associated filed preferred. Must excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to juggle multiple proprieties. Valid driver's license in the state of Tennessee with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
