Title Assistant Office Administrator for Psychology
Counseling Private Practice Toledo, OH
Responsible for answering phones greeting, processing new patients verifying patients insurance coverage and/or payment plans scheduling and rescheduling appointments cash posting, posting all patient activity, providing day sheets with patients current financial status, billing insurance companies, and manage all client accounts monitoring and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications Required excellent communication, interpersonal organizational and problem solving skills attention to detail, flexibility to work with multiple service providers, data entry, computer skills minimum 2 years office experience.
Preferred medical/electronic billing experience knowledge of Therapist Helper or willingness to learn Date Of Opening.
Immediately Hours minimum of 16-week. Pay $14.00/Hour until preferred skills are met.
