Onaway DPWPositionThe City of Onaway is accepting applications for a full-time permanent position within its public works department (DPW). The employee will be required to have a valid State of Michigan Driver's License with a Class A CDL endorsement. Experience with construction equipment is preferred. The employee will be required to train with the DPW toward the sewer and water licenses necessary to operate the City's systems, and perform other DPW duties. The City will request copies of the applicant's educational transcripts and driving record. Chosen applicant will be required to pass a drug screening prior to beginning employment.
