EU LAW CONSULTANT
EU Law Consultant Advise U.S. and international clients in establishing and conducting business in European Union (EU) member countries; Assist U.S. attorneys in advising U.S. and EU clients establishing and conducting cross border business in the U.S. and EU Member countries; Assist in Purchase Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Sales Representative Agreements, Agreement and Plan of Mergers for domestic and cross border transactions for U.S. and EU clients, and provide due diligence to U.S. attorneys in assisting EU clients in corporate transactions. Candidates: Admitted to MA bar with law degree and license to practice law in EU country.
