Project Manager
sought by Reynolds Construction, LLC in Orleans, IN. Job duties incl: Inspect & review all project sites to monitor progress, obtain all project permits, & ensure compliance w/ building & safety codes. Establish project objectives, policies, procedures & performance standards w/in boundaries of corporate policy. Perform pre-building assessments, evaluate construction methods, & ensure quality construction standards. Manage jobsite supervisory personnel, project costs, labor projections, & WIP projections. Contract negotiations, purchase materials, & complete daily report updates. Candidates must have at least a Bach’s Deg in Civil Engg or a related field & at least 2 yrs of exp overseeing & directing water supply & treatment projects w/in the construction industry. Must have at least 2 yrs of exp reviewing engg deliverables; redlining drawings, submittals, & proposals; & managing field operations & organizations of subcontractors.
Must be willing to travel to unanticipated worksites. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, & Microsoft Office.
