Finance/Accounting professional. Duties: Prepare cash flow analysis for acquisitions, and financial statements with US GAAP and IFRS for Private Equity
- North America and Private Equity -
Tech; calculate distribution waterfalls including carry, IRR and MOIC; coordinate external New York and Bahrain auditors in audit and tax preparation for funds.
Minimum requirements: MS in Accounting; CPA License; Level 1 Chartered Financial Accountant, 3 years exp. in a Big-Four accounting firm.
