Job Description
THIS JOB IS IN KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE AND REQUIRES CANDIDATE TO RESIDE IN KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE OR SURROUNDING COUNTIES. RELOCATION EXPENSES ARE NOT PROVIDED.
• This position re-markets bank owned property all over the United States from our Knoxville office by managing 3rd party contractors and realtors for the rehabilitating and marketing of bank owned property. Candidate must have adequate construction, real estate, and banking experience. Must possess a very strong sense of urgency, strong communication,
budgeting, and expert negotiation skills.
• Must have a strong work history, longevity with past employers, and detailed experience.
• Must possess strong to expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must have a minimum education level of High School Diploma.
