Applicants with bachelor's degree
in Finance, or equivalent work experience. will be accepted. The applicant should also have experience and knowledge of
municipal government organizations, functions and relationships with other government jurisdictions: principles and practices of public budgeting. finance, banking, reporting, and personnel management, office practices, procedures and methods.
