Admin: Compliance Officer

Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal & state construction & safety laws & regulations.
Responsible for interpretation of construction & safety related state & federal laws, including the New York State Building Code; New York State Residential Code; New York City Construction Code; & OSHA laws & regulations. Ensure that all construction permits, & licenses are properly obtained & correctly recorded. Research regulatory & compliance matters directly affecting the company's construction operations.
Req.: Bachelor's Degree in Public
Administration or its foreign equivalent.
