Apartment Maintenance
Mechanic will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintaining an apartment community in Independence, MO. Successful candidates will be reliable, honest, and hardworking with a valid driver's license and a minimum of 2 years experience in multifamily housing.
Primary (titles may include but not limited to):
-Basic electrical including
changing switches put in
garbage disposal, changing
ceiling fans, smoke detectors, basic trouble shooting
of a/c thermostats, etc
-Basic plurnbing, drywall repair, fixture installations
-Inspect and maintain the property
-Maintain an efficient
schedule for completing
tasks and duties
-Maintaining grounds by
picking up trash and debris
-Light painting
-Minor plumbing projects
-Opening and closing work
orders on a mobile system
-Be safe conscientious -
wear safety gear which
could include: glasses,
gloves, steel toe boots or
any other required safetyequipment
-Have reliable transportation to get to/from site
