Skyway Cement Company has an immediate need for a Terminal Manager for a rail facility in Cincinnati, OH. Skyway Cement Company is a subsidiary of Eagle Materials Inc. one of the largest American owned suppliers of construction materials.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibility of the Terminal Manager shall be the day-to-day management of the slag cement terminal operations and personnel in a safe and cost effective manner. This will include administration, general maintenance, and coordination of facility activities such as managing product inventory, inbound and outbound railcar movement, and customer truck activity on site while ensuring strong customer service. The Terminal Manager shall work under general supervision and be responsible for following Skyway/Eagle management directives, policies and procedures and to ensure the safety of all personnel and activities on site.
Desired Skills & Experience:
College Degree or solid background applicable to the position. Demonstrated experience in customer service and industry equipment. Experience in the construction, paving, ready mix concrete, railroad, and/or cement related industries a strong plus. Proven communication, interpersonal skills, and solid computer skills. Willingness and ability to travel for management training and functions.
