JORDAN SANDS
Plant Operator-2nd Shift
Jordan Sands seeks a Plant Operator to join our fast-paced team in North Mankato, MN.
This position is responsible for the operation of an assigned portion of a silica sand production plant (Wash plant, Dry plant, Rail load out). This position will
operate process control equipment to achieve desired production goals and inspect assigned equipment and areas for potential safety hazards and/or equipment failure. This position works 12 hours shifts on a rotating schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·The successful candidate will have High School Diploma or GED and experience in a mining or industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must have valid driver s license; basic knowledge of computer skills; mechanical aptitude; demonstrate strong work ethic; and follow and support quality guidelines and company policies.
·We are looking for someone who is extremely reliable and self-motivated; flexible and willing to learn new things; able to report to work each scheduled work
day on time; and comply with MSHA Safety and Health rules.
