Controller American Tool and Mold
The basic purpose or function of this position is:
To manage the Accounting and IT Departments. Coordinate the preparation of all accounting and financial reports, and ensure the protection of company assets by instituting proper internal controls. Oversee, monitor, and document employee training, performance and compliance of Company policies and procedures.
Job Qualification Requirements:
The specific Education and/or Experience requirements of this position are: BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA desired, CPA and five to seven years management accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of auditing and internal controls. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft products. Must be discrete and have experience handling confidential material.
