Job Description: City Clerk II: Utility Clerk The Town of Keystone is looking for Positive, Team-minded person. The employee must have a high school degree or a GED certificate. Performs secretarial and clerical duties, managing and maintaining the Utility Billing System, and aiding in the financial record keeping.
