ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/BOOKKEEPER
The Northbridge Housing Authority is currently accepting resumes for a 12-hour part-time position ((2) 6 hour days per week) of Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. Duties include accounts receivable/payable, reconciliation of bank statements, making bank deposits, preparation of payroll and all associated taxes, rent collection, assisting in rent recertifications, assisting legal counsel, conducting housing inspections, monthly reporting, and managing various office/administrative functions related to the day-to-day operation of the office. The position
also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, computer knowledge in PHA Network, Microsoft Word, and general computer knowledge. A Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree and knowledge of State and Federal housing programs and regulations is preferred. The position is open until filled and salary is based upon experience.
