LEAD CUTTER
Needed in modern USDA kit. Our very capable, professional cutter has just been diagnosed with a very serious medical issue which has put him out of commission permanently. We need a butcher that has yrs. of exp. braking down lg. sides & quarters, that is capable of doing quality
work & is dependable. There is help
handling lg. pieces & cleaning up at
the end of day. The butcher needs to
understand Haccp plans, instructions
& paperwork. We will find close by
housing for the right family in good
school district.
Pay is commensurate
w/knowledge, yield & quality of cut,
&dependability. Rapid pay advances
given to right person. Should be able
to pass random drug & alcohol tests.
