Job Description: Glenburn Home, a Faith based facility, is in search of an Administrator for our 149-bed skilled nursing facility. Qualified candidates must possess a current Indiana Nursing Home Administrators license in good standing. Candidate should be of a high moral character, have experience in leadership of a long-term care facility, or similar facility. Have up to date knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations governing nursing homes at the State and Federal levels. Must have an understanding of the fiscal responsibilities required to run a nursing home and be able to set a budget and work within a budget. Strong experience working within a multi-disciplined environment and the ability to coordinate and provide direction to all departments and services that Glenburn Home offers.
