Jefferson County Library System
F/T Administrative Assistant
Responsible for all aspects of the
management of federal, state and local funds.
Maintains financial records for
all funds, including governmental
account, bookkeeping, writing checks,
and producing reports. Provides specific financial
status information as needed. Participates in the
preparation of budget proposals, and assists
with yearly audit. Prepares biweekly payroll.
Maintains personnel records and
serves as coordinator of group benefits.
State insurance and retirement available.
Required: A background check & drug screen.
