This might all be foreign language to you, so allow me to explain.

An affiliate marketing program will allow you to use ads and set up websites (if you desire) to direct people to certain services, like mortgage quotes and insurance quotes. Then everytime someone clicks on your ads and buys a service, you get paid either a flat amount or a percentage of the sale for referring them to the site. Sounds simple enough, right? It is. Plenty of people make money, good money, off of marketing programs like this. Programs like AdWords and Yahoo! PPC are pretty simple, as well, but require a little more work in the marketing and tracking department on your end. These sites you can sign up for their ad campaigns, set up your own ads (you know those little buggars you see on the side of the search engine: "Top Lawyer Listings- Find a lawyer near you now, 24 hour service"). When people click-through on those ads, you make money. There is more to it, and you'll need to research fully before you get started, but that's the basic gist of things.
