Make Money from Home by Working for Someone Else
There are many jobs that will allow you to make money from home while letting someone else remain in control of the business aspects. If you are uncomfortable with having control of the direction and ultimate success or failure of the business, this might be the right path for you. This way you do not have to worry about the things such as taxes. Someone else will fill out a form 1099 for you if you make money from home working as a subcontractor sufficient under the law for them to warrant reporting it. Of course not only are they coming up with the tax reporting forms, you are not having to provide them for someone working under you. So it is a double benefit in that regard.
Many of the same businesses discussed in numerous previous postings can allow you to make money from home without you having to be responsible for the overall business. For example, you may not be comfortable seeking out freelance writing, data entry, or graphic artist work. Instead, you might choose to work beneath someone who has successfully started one of these businesses. Often, individuals who have built a successful career in one of these areas subcontract work to those who prefer to provide the service but not deal with the business side of the job.
There are many other ways to make money from home that can bring in some residual income that do not require you to be business savvy include taking surveys, which will be discussed in a posting tomorrow and working as a secret shopper. Neither of these is likely to make you rich, but, believe it or not, some companies are actually willing to pay people for taking surveys, others will just enter you in a drawing for the possibility of winning a prize. Often, these surveys are about a potential upcoming product or service and the company wants to get an idea of whether or not it will be well received by consumers. Therefore, there is often a screening process beforehand to ensure you fit within the demographic the company is targeting. It is not unusual after the first half dozen questions to be told you do not qualify for the survey. Some companies which sponsor surveys will still give you credit in some form for having attempted to take the survey
Secret shoppers are called upon to visit places of business to assess the provided service. As with online survey being a secret shopper will allow you to make money from home, just not a ton of it, but they do provide a small stipend and you can often get a free meal or products for free by working as a secret shopper. You just need to decide what is and what is not worth your time. So, consider survey and secret shopper offers carefully before just rushing head first into them.
