Invest in Real Estate
You don’t need to be a realtor in order to invest in real estate while working from home. Each day hundreds of homes are listed for sale in different markets around the country. In addition to the daily listings there are generally several regularly published real estate magazines in any decent sized real estate market that you can work with from home in order to target properties you think you might be interested in. Frequently it is the homes offered by sale by owner that offer the most opportunity to make a profit.
When working from home with real estate you should realize that a good share of the big money is in buying home at a reasonably low price, investing moderately in fixing them up, and then reselling these same properties. It is not unusual for the savvy real estate investor to make several thousand dollars each time he/she flips a piece of real estate. A good example of this is a person investing $6,000. to remodel two bathrooms along with another $700. in additional touch ups. The house was then resold for $18,000 more than the original purchase price. That meant that in a period of about 45 days this investor working from home had made a net profit of slightly over $11,000. Not bad by any means.
One of the big keys to success in this type of market is learning how to buy and sell houses using zero down financing with no credit checks required. Some times you can arrange the loan so that your fix up fees will be covered out of the base loan. Thus allowing you to be working on multiple projects at once. Stop and think. Working from home, flipping just one piece of real estate per month at a $5,000. profit and you would have $60,000 for the year. That is a conservative figure compared to what many people working from home make in real estate each year.
