- for sites that already offer their own resume posting and don't want our offer to compete with theirs, the best way is to upsell our free resume posting, once your visitors have posted their resumes to your site.
In both cases, you should make sure to not cannibalize selling Resume Writing, which is our best-selling and higher earning service - Free resume posting should always be presented as complement to Resume Writing, not as a replacement.
2. If your site isn't employment-related and you're not sure that you're getting job seeker traffic, you will in this case have more chances to make money with free resume posting leads than with resume writing sales, since it's a free service. To maximize your lead revenues, don't hesitate to promote intensively free resume posting on your site and in your newsletter as, beside job seekers, it also appeals to people who are not looking for a job immediately but are planning for the future.
