Using your mailing list to promote Employment and Resume Services

I know I usually recommend promoting our services only to pre-qualified traffic, which means your site needs to be either employment-related, industry-oriented or at least have an employment section. But, with the current high unemployment trends, it's time to break this rule, as a higher % of the population is looking for new jobs. What it means for you is that even if your site has nothing to do with employment, you will have more chance to have job seekers in your audience.

While there is certainly no better time to create an employment section on your site, if you haven't done that yet, I would also highly recommend mentioning our employment and resume services in your newsletter. Why in your newsletter? Because your subscribers trust you and your endorsement of our services will increase your chances at making sales.

Remember that you should introduce our services as a way to help your subscribers get new jobs, which you can do by alternating between offers: in one issue of your newsletter, talk about our free job search feature, which will pay you between, $.25 and $.50 per lead; in another issue tell them about our resume writing service, which guarantees job interviews and will earn you between $14.37 and $73.99 per sale. In other issues talk about our resume posting and resume blasting services (your commissions will be between $6.24 and $24.50 per sale). The key is to talk about these services on a recommendation mode rather than on an advertising mode.

Finally, if you need some information about our services, just read the content of the landing pages you're pointing to; and if there is something you're not clear about, shoot me an e-mail and I will answer your questions.
