First thing first, I wrapped up the affiliate payment reports and your checks will be on their way in a week or so. I also wanted to share some interesting data about some of our newer affiliates. We've been enrolling a lot of affiliates lately and some of them have been doing extraordinary well, now ranking in our top earners after just a few months (from 3 to 5).
In terms of earnings, I can tell you that all these sites earn more than $1 for every click they send to us and that the more clicks they send our way, the more money they're making. I've followed the success of these sites and I can tell you that what they're doing is pretty easy. Their winning formula is:
niche + organic + ppc
By niche, I mean that their site either focuses on one industry/field or on one of our services - for example that can be sites focusing on accounting jobs or sites focusing on military resume writing (these are just examples). While some specialties or industries might work better than others, the fact that these sites focus on providing useful information about only one subject allows them to only attract highly qualified visitors that are more inclined to buy our services.
By organic, I mean that because these sites are specialized on one subject and provide some good articles, they are seen by Google as quality sites, which results in high ranking in Google's search results.
Finally by ppc, I mean that they advertise our services using -- Adwords or Overture -- PPC campaigns that point to their own landing pages. Of course, you might not have big budgets to advertise, but I can tell you that most of these sites are like you and don't spend more than $30 a day. But because their site is right on target, they are able to monetarize every $ they spend on advertising.
