I've been having issues lately contacting some of our affiliates that have moved and changed phone #, without letting us know. What happens in that case is that checks get returned to us, which considerably delays payments.
I would recommend to any affiliate moving to update their contact info in their affiliate account as soon as possible, so that everything can run smoothly and everybody can get paid on time.
