To send a banner to your subscribers, you will need to format your e-mail in HTML and then paste the banner code into your e-mail, otherwise your ad won’t be displayed properly.
We also recommend to the same thing for text links – you can certainly include an affiliate url in a text-based e-mail but it will look outdated and generate very poor click-through.
