While some affiliates earn a few thousand bucks a month, this mostly depends on the size of your traffic and how much employment services appeal to your visitors.
While we have high EPC (Earning per click—see "montly trends" posts), sites that send us a minimum of 300 to 400 hundred clicks a month are usually assured to make regular sales. If your site is employment-related, you will obviously have more chances to generate sales in less clicks, as most of your visitors are potential customers. If your site is not job-related, you will still be able to make sales, as up to 15% of general traffic comes from people looking for jobs.
However this also depends on the look, feel and content of your site. If you website is just a “big advertisement” full of flashing banners, chances are you will never make a sale, because online customers will get turned off. However if your website looks reputable, featuring valid content or services, they will be more inclined to click through affiliate links and place orders—one of the ways to know this is to look at your own site and ask yourself if you would personally buy from it.
The bottom line is that there is no limit to how much you can earn with our program, but it depends on you.
