CONTROLLER Sourcelink, a premier provider of results-driven communication solutions, has an immediate need for a Controller at its Miamisburg, Ohio facility. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Plans, organizes, and directs the accounting and financial operations for the facility. Forecasts and manages the annual budgeting process. Manages and controls all disbursements and provides reports and interprets the results of operations. Assures protection of the business assets through internal control, auditing, and monitoring practices. Consults all segments of management responsible for policy or action. Ensures optimum performance and keeps abreast of best practices in the accounting/finance arena. Position requires a BS degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of eight (8) years progressive experience within finance. Experience with banking relationships, month-end/year-end financial book closing and reporting is desired. Knowledge/experience with manual and automated systems and demonstrated ability to manage accounting applications are desirable. Strong management skills-principles and people are a must. A CPA is preferred.
